We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Operations Manager to lead our people and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while fostering a productive and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage office administration, facilities, and operational processes
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare HR and operational reports for management
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and Operations Management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes
- Experience managing administrative and operational functions
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools
