Inviting applications for the role of HR operations - Manager– English- on site Cairo
This is an office-based role, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model after the first year.
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and governance of the payroll end-to end process. This role ensures that payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. The incumbent will compile payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, , maintaining records and manage governance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Overall payroll operations and direct the collection, calculation, and entry of data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll system updates.
  • Identify and recommend updates to payroll software and systems.
  • Oversee procedures related to payroll preparation and distribution.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and deductions.
  • Prepare reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave liabilities.
  • Approve calculations of employee salaries, income taxes, and employer contributions.
  • Maintain payroll guidelines by drafting, updating, and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential and maintaining employee payroll records in coordination with HR.
  • Schedule and assign work to direct reports, following up on results.
  • Track team performance, Support team development, and new hires learning plan and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and track (KPIs/SLAs), ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with relevant stakeholders and the client's connections and relationships.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administrations or related HR fields.
  • Minimum years of experience in HR / Payroll operations.
  • SAP Payroll experience is essential
  • English Proficiency (B2 Level).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Experience working in a multinational’s environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong command of French (spoken and written).
  • Previous engagement in process enhancement and automation.
