The Senior Manager – HR & Operations is a growth enabler, not an administrative HR.
This role exists to build systems, people, and performance that directly contribute to revenue growth, operational discipline, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy, Governance & Policy Leadership
- Design, document, and implement:
- HR Policies & Manuals
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- KPIs, KRAs, OKRs
- Performance matrices
- Role charters & responsibility maps
- Build a system-driven HR framework suitable for rapid scale-up
- Ensure policies are practical, enforceable, and performance-linked
- Establish disciplinary, escalation, and accountability frameworks
2. Revenue-Oriented Talent Acquisition & Placement
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition with a revenue mindset
- Hire for:
- Ownership
- Accountability
- Domain capability
- Execution mindset
- Ensure right candidate → right role → right output
- Build structured recruitment processes:
- Screening frameworks
- Interview scorecards
- Competency mapping
- Culture & ownership assessment
- Focus on placements that improve productivity and revenue, not headcount
3. Performance Management & KPI Ownership
- Design and monitor:
- Individual KPIs
- Team KPIs
- Departmental KRAs
- Implement:
- Monthly performance reviews
- Quarterly evaluations
- Performance improvement plans (PIP)
- Identify non-performers early and act decisively
- Link performance directly with:
- Incentives
- Retention
- Role continuity
4. Operations & Process Control
- Align HR with day-to-day operations
- Ensure SOP adherence across:
- Sales support
- Documentation
- Client handling
- Internal coordination
- Build inter-departmental workflows
- Reduce dependency on individuals and founders
- Drive process ownership culture
5. Multi-Location Workforce Management (India & UAE)
- Manage and coordinate teams across:
- Kochi Office
- UAE Offices (remote governance)
- Ensure uniform HR standards across geographies
- Support leadership with:
- Workforce planning
- Resource optimization
- Cost vs productivity analysis
- Handle India-based execution with UAE-aligned standards
6. Startup HR + Scale-Up Readiness
- Build HR systems from early-stage startup to scale-up
- Comfortable working in:
- Ambiguity
- Fast-changing priorities
- Zero-template environments
- Create structures where none exist
- Continuously evolve systems as the company grows
