About the Role:
The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operational processes to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance with UAE labour laws, and timely delivery of HR services. This role focuses on payroll, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and employee data accuracy while supporting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Administer salary revisions, bonuses, incentives, and final settlements.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and finance teams for smooth payroll execution.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor and manage attendance systems, shift schedules, and leave records.
- Ensure accurate leave accruals, balance tracking, and reporting.
- Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage statutory filings, audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.
HR Policies & Processes
- Implement, communicate, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Continuously review and improve HR operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
Employee Support & Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives from an operational perspective.
- Ensure consistent and timely resolution of employee concerns.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll.
- Provide accurate HR data for management review and decision-making.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and attendance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations (role-dependent).
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
