We are looking for a HR Professional with strong recruitment and sourcing capabilities to help attract skilled technicians, production workers, and operational talent who keep our business moving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, and technical roles

Lead hiring for operators, technicians (mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.)

Source talent through social media, job fairs, agencies, walk‑ins, and platforms like LinkedIn & Forasna

Draft job postings and contribute to job description updates

Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding

Build and maintain a continuous technical and production talent pipeline

Collaborate with the HR team to detect early signs of absenteeism or turnover

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal, or related field

2–3 years of experience in a similar HR professional recruitment role (blue‑ & white‑collar)

Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment

Experience in a manufacturing or international industrial environment (highly preferred)

Strong sourcing skills and understanding of recruiting best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Fluency in Arabic and English
