About the Job:
The HR Operations Senior Specialist is responsible for leading core HR operational processes and ensuring efficient, compliant, and employee-centered HR service delivery.
This role acts as the main focal point for recruitment coordination, onboarding & offboarding, attendance governance, and training operations, while driving process improvements and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations

Manage recruitment coordination cycle for assigned functions (mainly blue-collar workforce).

Publish vacancies, screen CVs, and ensure qualified shortlists within agreed timelines.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Track recruitment KPIs (time to fill, hiring ratio, interview-to-hire rate).
Onboarding & Offboarding Governance

Lead structured onboarding process to ensure smooth integration and documentation completion.

Ensure proper exit management including clearance, documentation, and system updates.

Monitor onboarding/offboarding cycle time and compliance accuracy.
Training Operations

Coordinate annual and quarterly training plans.

Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with department heads.

Monitor training attendance, documentation, and effectiveness tracking.

Maintain updated training database and compliance records.
Process Improvement & Compliance

Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements.

Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Support internal and external audits when required.
Personnel & Administration

Create and update employee personnel files.

Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and related documentation.

Execute social insurance add/remove procedures.

Prepare and follow up on labor office documentation.

Prepare investigation and disciplinary documents when required.

Maintain and update SAP / SuccessFactors employee profile.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Services.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.

Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is preferred.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

High attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.

Good communication and coordination skills.
