About the role:
We’re seeking a HR Operations Specialist/HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3 to 6 of experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with key stakeholders across various departments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- End-to-end ownership of employee records from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure timely processing of joiner, mover, and leaver actions in HR systems (UKG).
- Maintain accuracy in employee data and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across teams.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and audit requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity, apprenticeship, etc., in India or relevant local laws).
- HR Systems & Process Management
- Proficiency in HRIS (UKG knowledge would be an add on)
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities within HR Operations
- Employee Experience & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and systems.
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and empathetic employee experience.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Payroll Coordination
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate inputs (attendance, benefits, deductions, variable pay, etc.).
- Validate monthly payroll files and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Reporting & Analytics
- Generate HR metrics and analytics (attrition, headcount, leave, cost-to-company reports).
- Support HR audits and data integrity checks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on operational deliverables.
- Support global or regional HR initiatives and process transitions.

- Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and local employment laws.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience managing HR systems and process workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
