Join Ocean Spray, a cooperative owned by 700 family farmers. We build beloved cranberry products with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset. As our HR Operations Specialist — Manufacturing, you’ll be the go-to partner for plant teams, ensuring people processes run smoothly and employees have the support they need.

Your impact

  • Drive staffing for assigned business units: partner with a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, agencies, and recruiters to source, select, and onboard.
  • Stand up and execute HR programs, processes, and training for the plant environment.
  • Keep HR data and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with HR experts on compensation, benefits, leadership development, learning, and performance management—owning timely deliverables.
  • Resolve employee relations matters with confidentiality, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of HR experience (generalist).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfort with MS Office and the ability to troubleshoot routine issues.

Education: Bachelor’s/University Degree preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR Generalist
