• Position: HR Operations Specialist/Executive

• Location: Bengaluru (Sheshadripuram)

• Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Your Impact:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Maintain HRIS & employee lifecycle records

• Oversee appraisals, performance reviews, and growth paths

• Foster employee engagement, team bonding, and retention

• Handle grievance redressal & workplace harmony

• Ensure HR compliance, labor law adherence & audits

• Provide insights with HR analytics for better decision-making

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of HR Ops/Generalist experience (startup vibe preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Karnataka labor laws

• Empathy + excellent communication + conflict resolution skills

• Skilled with HRIS, ATS & MS Office

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration (or equivalent)
