Job Title: Human Resource Operations Executive

Company Name: Accenture (Payroll through Joules to Watts)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract (extendable based on performance)

Location: Bangalore ,Mumbai & Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Night Shift: Rotational (Aligned to US Time Zones- 5.30 to 2.30 am)

Work Days: Rotating week (Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Wed–Sun)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming HR queries via phone, email, and chat
• Accurately log all interactions into HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Support onboarding and rehiring processes
• Guide users on using self-service HR tools and portals
• Follow data privacy (GDPR) and security protocols
• Conduct proper identity and document verification
• Make follow-up calls when necessary
• Keep documentation (DTPs, Knowledge Base, SharePoint) up to date
• Maintain attendance and adhere to HR policies
• Deliver excellent service to avoid complaints and escalations

Experience

• Freshers: Welcome to apply
• Experienced : Preferred if background in HR or BPO support
• All candidates must submit previous employment documents (if applicable)

Salary & Pay Details (6month contract -Full time-WFO)

• Experienced: 56000(Must provide previous company documents)
• Freshers- ₹25,000

Note: Salary is processed by Joules to Watts on behalf of Accenture.

Interview Process

1. Versant Test – Minimum score: 60

2. Communication/Discussion (CD) Interview

3. Operations Interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
