Position Summary
The HR Partner serves as a collaborative resource to assigned departments and service lines, providing guidance in employee relations, employee engagement, and supporting employee activities and events. This role builds strong relationships with leaders and staff to foster a positive and productive workplace, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals. The HR Partner supports leaders in resolving employee relations concerns, conducts investigations, and offers guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, and team dynamics. Additionally, this position leads or supports initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being, including coordinating activities and events that strengthen the employee experience. The HR Partner works proactively to identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement programs that promote retention, morale, and overall organizational effectiveness.
