- Process monthly payroll using HR payroll software (Paymax or similar)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Handle attendance, leaves, onboarding, and exit processes
- Assist with policy drafting and employee engagement
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll
- Proficiency in payroll software (Paymax or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
