Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timelines.
- Maintain employee payroll records, monthly inputs, attendance, leaves, and salary revisions.
- Handle full & final settlements, arrears, reimbursements, and bonus calculations.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- File monthly/quarterly/annual returns and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage government portals (EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha).
- Handle labour inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
HR Operations
- Maintain HRMIS and employee master data.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and reports.
- Provide timely resolution to employee payroll/compliance-related queries.
Communication & Coordination
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and government authorities.
- Represent HR department professionally during discussions and reviews.
Skills & Requirements:
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills (English – mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
