Overview
We are looking for a highly organized HR, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable Clerk with automotive experience. In this multifaceted full-time role, you’ll be in charge of overseeing HR, Payroll, AR, and multiple office duties. The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with excellent communication skills. We are a small company, and we all wear many hats.
Summary of Position
This position plays a key role in supporting the dealership’s administrative business office with many duties. This position is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll, reconciling and administration of benefits, maintaining accurate payroll and employee personnel records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and dealership-specific policies, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, computer savvy, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive office environment.
