HR & Payroll Assistant

Job description:

Qualification : MBA OR Any Degree with Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate employee payroll records.

Process payroll timely and in compliance with statutory regulations.

Operate and maintain CRM and ERP systems for staff tracking and database updates.

Generate payroll reports, salary slips, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal departments for employee attendance and salary inputs.

Maintain employee master data and update changes related to payroll and HR.

Prepare MIS reports and assist with compliance filings when needed.

Provide support in onboarding and documentation processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CRM, ERP, and payroll handling.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory deductions (ESI, PF, PT, etc.).

Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
