HR Assistant

We’re Hiring: HR Assistant – F&B Industry | Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Assistant to join our growing team in the Food & Beverage sector. If you have a passion for people and numbers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management
• Prepare and maintain employee records (contracts, IDs, evaluations, etc.)
• Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances
• Coordinate with departments and finance for payroll finalization
• Handle leave, end-of-service, and exit procedures
• Support HR compliance and documentation for audits and inspections
• Coordinate with PRO for visa, renewals, and documentation
• Assist in staff communications and training arrangements
• Requirements:
• 1–2 years of HR/payroll experience F&B or hospitality industry preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software
• Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law and WPS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle confidential data responsibly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
