HR & Admin Staff (Arabic Male)

Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive support to the HR & Administration department in day-to-day operations. The final scope of responsibilities will be assigned by management based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs and employee data verification
- Assist with employee visa, renewal, and official documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments
- Perform additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision
- GCC experience will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

  • HR : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
