Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and data entry tasks.
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative needs.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
