Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to manage employee-related processes efficiently while supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR files and HRIS data.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
- Assist with job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate attendance and leave data.
- Assist with benefits administration, including leave, medical insurance, and end-of-service benefits.
- Support visa processing, renewals, medicals, QID, and government documentation.
- Liaise with PRO and relevant government entities when required.
- Ensure compliance with MOL, immigration, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of HR experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling visa, QID, and MOL-related processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is an advantage.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
