We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join Artan Group. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting the organisation’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Employee Relations, proactively addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, conflicts, and employee matters.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring consistent and fair HR practices.• Oversee employee investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews with impartiality.
  • Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, company policies, and internal audits.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and the HR Handbook in line with best practices.
  • Supervise on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including contracts, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, wellness programmes, and recognition schemes.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Supervise and support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree and/or SHRM / CIPD certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ supervisory HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR systems.
