HR OFFICER (MALE)

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and staff welfare. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and contributes to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities
  • Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial interviews
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, promotion, termination, etc.)
  • Coordinate with payroll for salary processing and deductions

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Promote a healthy and compliant workplace culture

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Assist in audits and inspections related to HR matters

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
