Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Officer to lead and manage all core human resources functions across our business operations. This role is strongly HR-oriented and requires hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and capable of independently handling HR matters while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (Primary Focus):

  • Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters for employees and management
  • Lead employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions, investigations, warnings, and performance improvement processes
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Advise management on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee development and training initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with Qatar labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee documentation

Administrative Support (Secondary):

  • Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and official employee correspondence
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance-related HR documentation
  • Coordinate with management and finance on HR-related administrative requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role (HR Officer, HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Proven experience handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications are an added advantage
