Admin Specialist Cum HR (With Qatar Driving License)

Job Purpose:

To manage and optimize daily office operations by providing comprehensive administrative support, handling documentation and correspondence, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and supporting operational and financial processes to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.

Key Responsibilities

Internal administrative support, document management, calendar and meeting coordination, event and travel arrangements, external liaison with authorities and vendors, HR and finance support, procurement and inventory support, customer and vendor relations, and special projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timeliness and accuracy of documentation; Office operational efficiency; Compliance with regulatory renewals; On-time procurement and delivery tracking; Quality of internal and external communication; Support effectiveness to HR and Finance.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Strong knowledge of office administration practices, document control systems, procurement processes, coordination with authorities, customer service principles, and internal communication procedures.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or above - Major in Administration, Business, Management, or related field

Professional Experience Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience in automotive or vehicle manufacturing is an advantage.
