The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, staff performance, and profitability. Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist chefs in preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, portioning, marinating, etc.).</li><li>Support in cooking basic dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.</li><li>Ensure mise-en-place (preparation before service) is ready on time.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and workstations.</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in line with HACCP standards.</li><li>Properly store food items and rotate stock as per FIFO (First In, First Out) method.</li><li>Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of food supplies.</li><li>Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction to supervisors.</li><li>Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.</li><li>Work as part of the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training/certificate preferred.</li><li>Previous experience as a kitchen helper, steward, or commis is an advantage.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
