HR Manager – F&B Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality operations and possess strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for restaurant and support staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and local labor law.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, attendance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
- Support performance appraisal systems, promotions, confirmations, and probation reviews.
- Lead training and development programs to improve service standards and productivity.
- Monitor manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government-related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
- Experience managing large blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Preferred Skills
- GCC experience (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
