Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven HR to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment standards
- Drive performance management, training, and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially
- Monitor and manage HR budgets, payroll support, and compensation planning
- Analyze HR metrics to track staffing, turnover, and engagement
- Advise management on organizational structure and workforce planning
- Foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
