HR Manger - F&B Background

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven HR to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and employment standards
  • Drive performance management, training, and development programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets, payroll support, and compensation planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to track staffing, turnover, and engagement
  • Advise management on organizational structure and workforce planning
  • Foster a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
