Sales / Marketing Engineer for UPS systems, Central Battery System, Batteries, Power Converters, Battery Chargers, Diesel Generators, Fuel Systems, Maintenance Contracts
· Going to the field / market everyday.
· Covering all the prospective sectors not limited to MEP companies, Government depts., Hospitals, Banks, Hotels, Insurances Companies / Educational institutes, Universities etc.
· Covering all the projects sites, Clients (Direct Clients) Contractors and consultant.
· Third party maintenance, Shopping Malls / Property Management Companies / facility Management Companies for all the maintenance Jobs.
· Working closely with Systems Integrators, Channel partners, and Data center companies.
· Generating enquiry, pre sales site visit, Tender, Prospects Generation.
· Working on the enquiry / BOQ / Drawings on to preparation Quotation/ Proposal / Offer through support engineers.
· Follow-up with the contractor, consultant, client until we get the order LPO/LOI.
· Preparing technical submittal and submit to MEP contractor and to follow-up with Consultant / Contractor /Client to get the approval and LPO through support engineers.
· Getting the products specifying with all the Consultants before releasing of the tender with design departments.
· Keeping active public relationship with all the contractors, consultants, regularly follow up / meeting to understand the market dynamics to know whether the prospects are and to tap them immediately.
· For pre sales visit to the site, the sales team can take the help of service department for estimation of installation works.
· Sales person should update daily the Sales Head / Division Head and prepare the prospects list time to time and update same to the Division Head (Manager) every 15 days / weekly.
· Prospects list has to be completed with all the details of project name, item, value, and follow up dates with all the status and payment details.
· Whenever the sales person needs the help & assistance need the presence of division Manager the same will be extended to close the deals & to get the orders in our favor.
· As the market is open & lot of activities happening, the sales engineer should be aggressive proactive, resourceful to get the maximum benefit from the market.
· Achieving the given target.
· The sales team engineer responsibility is not limited of above mention points only, also whenever the works/job assigned by Department Head (Manager) also to be carried out.
