HR Payroll / Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive – Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations. This role involves calculating employee compensation, ensuring statutory compliance, administering benefits, and serving as the primary contact for payroll-related queries.

Experience Required: 3–6 years
Salary: Based on interview performance
Working Days: Mon to Sat (2nd & 4th Sat OFF)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Reporting To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate salaries, wages, and statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.) with precision.
  • Support the payroll department with administrative tasks and payroll processing.
  • Process new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding procedures.
  • Process reimbursements and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data, pay slips, and fund requests.
  • Coordinate payroll provisions with the finance department.
  • Manage employee investment declarations and benefits such as health insurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications : -

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

· 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration and credit control.

· Proficiency in payroll software, excel and database management.

· Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

· Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and high level to detail and accuracy.
