We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Executive who is well-versed in salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), and social audits. The ideal candidate should have prior experience dealing with auditors and preparing documentation related to compliance and social responsibility audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll processing including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for social and statutory audits.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation and reports required for audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to attendance, leaves, and salary data.
  • Support HR operations including employee onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with labour laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, Payroll, or Statutory Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory norms.
  • Experience handling social audit documentation and auditor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
