Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy

Manage attendance, leave, overtime & shift data

Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Gather employee reports

Maintain employee records and ensure timely payouts

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of payroll systems & statutory laws

Proficiency in Excel & HRMS software

Good analytical and communication skills

High level of confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
