Job Title: Payroll Executive

Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Gender Preference: Female
Location: [Chennai _ Nandanam]

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary data
  • Coordinate with HR for new joiners, exits, and salary changes
  • Support calculation of PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions
  • Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions
  • Ensure payroll data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist during payroll audits and compliance checks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Commerce / Management / related field
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in Payroll / HR Operations
  • Basic knowledge of payroll concepts and statutory compliance
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
  • Ability to handle data accurately and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Exposure to any payroll software
  • Experience in handling employee payroll queries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
