Roles & responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Closure :
1 - Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all divisions/projects.
Ensure payroll inputs are finalized within set deadlines (new joiners, resignations, unpaid leave, overtime, allowances, deductions).
2 - Maintain a payroll closure calendar and ensure month-end closures are completed without carry-overs.
3 - Reconciliation & Controls
Reconcile payroll against:
Attendance/muster roll and timesheets
Approved leave/rejoining records
New joiner confirmations and employee master data
Investigate discrepancies, document root cause, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare payroll variance reports (increment changes, overtime trends, unpaid leave, deductions, anomalies).
4 - Employee Master Data & Onboarding Link:
Ensure all payroll-related employee data is updated in ERP (basic salary, allowances, bank details, joining date, division/project allocation, status).
5 - Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policy and Qatar labour requirements (as applicable).
Coordinate final settlements, leave settlements, and salary-related certificates.
Maintain payroll files, approvals, and audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate with HR team, divisional admins, and Finance for approvals, validations, and closure sign-off.
Respond to payroll queries and resolve issues within defined TAT.
6 - Key Deliverables (KPIs)
100% on-time payroll processing and closure
Payroll query resolution within agreed timeline.
Audit readiness - Complete Payroll documentation and approvals.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
