Job Description

We are hiring a Timekeeper to manage daily attendance, working hours, and overtime records for construction site personnel. The role ensures accurate payroll inputs, compliance with company procedures, and effective manpower reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance for workers, staff, and subcontractors
  • Track working hours, overtime, night shifts, and absences
  • Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing
  • Verify overtime against approved OT forms
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and Finance
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for audits and reporting
  • Generate manpower and attendance reports using Excel

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent (Administration / HR preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Timekeeper in construction
  • Proficient in MS Excel (attendance sheets, formulas)
  • Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower control
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred

  • Experience on large construction or infrastructure projects
  • Experience working with multi-national labor
