Job Description
We are hiring a Timekeeper to manage daily attendance, working hours, and overtime records for construction site personnel. The role ensures accurate payroll inputs, compliance with company procedures, and effective manpower reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily attendance for workers, staff, and subcontractors
- Track working hours, overtime, night shifts, and absences
- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets for payroll processing
- Verify overtime against approved OT forms
- Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and Finance
- Maintain accurate attendance records for audits and reporting
- Generate manpower and attendance reports using Excel
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent (Administration / HR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Timekeeper in construction
- Proficient in MS Excel (attendance sheets, formulas)
- Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower control
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred
- Experience on large construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience working with multi-national labor
