Role Overview
The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in managing payroll, employee documentation, onboarding, HR compliance, and coordination across the HR function. This role ensures smooth HR processes, accuracy in payroll reporting, and adherence to Qatar Labor Law.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an understanding of HR best practices within Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, personnel files, and master employee lists.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, NOCs, salary certificates, and warnings.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring smooth integration and exit processes.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin for employee requests and internal HR support.
- Track employee attendance, leave balances, overtime, and daily work logs.
2. Payroll Management
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs in coordination with Finance.
- Validate attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and allowances to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain payroll reports and documentation for audit and compliance.
- Resolve payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
3. Leave & Attendance Management
- Manage attendance systems and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor annual leaves, sick leaves, emergency leaves, and unpaid leaves as per Qatar Labor Law.
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll.
4. HR Policy & Compliance Support
- Ensure HR operations align with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR Policy Manual.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Support compliance audits by preparing relevant HR documentation.
5. Employee Engagement & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication.
- Maintain a positive and supportive HR environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of HR operations experience.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, WPS payroll system, and HR documentation.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
