HR Payroll Executive required in Delhi- Ramesh Nagar ( experience only)

Position : HR executive ( female)

Location :kirti nagar west delhi

Education: graduate /MBA

Experience: 2-4 yrs as HR executive

Company profile:manufacturing of spray oaint

Salary: 30 -31 k

9.30 am to 5.30 pm

Every Saturday half day

Duties & Responsibilities: -Your duties shall comprise payroll management, Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, EPF, ESI, PT, POSH), file statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, LWF), maintain registers/licenses, ensure vendor compliance, track law amendments & update HR.

Take care of employee relations, Review old and create new HR policies, check compliance of existing policies etc.

Arrange,Training of the employees within the organisation.
