Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, leave, salary, incentives).
- Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity).
- Maintain employee records and payroll data accuracy.
- Generate monthly payroll reports, MIS, and statutory filings.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
- Coordinate with finance and HR team for smooth payroll operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Commerce/Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years of payroll processing experience (preferably in [industry]).
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Income Tax, and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software/MS Excel.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
