We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Payroll Intern
to support our Human Resources and Payroll team. This internship offers hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR operations, and compliance practices. You will gain exposure to payroll systems, employee data management, and HR processes while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with payroll processing, including data entry.

Maintain accurate employee payroll records and filing systems.

Support HR staff in managing new hire documentation and onboarding processes.

Help ensure compliance with company policies, and payroll regulations.

Provide administrative support to HR functions such as benefits, recruitment, and employee relations.

Prepare reports and summaries for HR and payroll management.
Qualifications
Job Profile:

Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
