Payroll Lead (Immediate Joiner)

Position Overview:

The Senior Payroll Executive will lead and manage complete payroll operations, statutory compliance, audit support, and payroll governance for the organization. The role requires strong analytical ability, leadership, and hands-on expertise in managing high-volume payroll with accuracy. Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
• Validate salary inputs, attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Manage and ensure accurate compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF
• Lead monthly payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement
• Maintain and update HRMS/Payroll software and employee master data
• Prepare advanced MIS reports, dashboards, and payroll analytics
• Handle employee escalations and resolve payroll-related issues
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Audit teams for payroll documentation
• Support internal and statutory audits with complete accuracy
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to payroll policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration
• 8-16 years of experience in Payroll Management (senior-level exposure must)
• Strong working knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, returns, and statutory filings
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MIS formulas
• Experience working with HRMS/payroll software
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities
• Immediate joiner required
• Ability to lead and manage payroll cycles independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,012.49 - ₹58,210.29 per month
