About us, Fairmont Village is looking for a full-time HR/ Payroll Manager to join our team. Experienced preferred but willing to train the right person. Fairmont Village is a 100 bed assisted living facility with 85 employees. We offer a great team environment and competitive pay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable and responsible for quality service for employees.
- Processes and obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues.
- Responds to/resolves employee questions and problems and delivers quality customer service.
- Coordinate the completion of all necessary paperwork for new hires including background checks and verifying employer references.
- Ensure employee certification are current
- Conduct New Employee Orientations.
- Audit personnel records for compliance.
- Process Workmen’s Compensation claims and follow-up with injured Employees.
- Manages employee benefits and payments.
- Maintains in-services schedule and log required by State Regulations for all staff.
- Perform other duties or special assignments as direct by the Administrator.
