About us, Fairmont Village is looking for a full-time HR/ Payroll Manager to join our team. Experienced preferred but willing to train the right person. Fairmont Village is a 100 bed assisted living facility with 85 employees. We offer a great team environment and competitive pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable and responsible for quality service for employees.
  • Processes and obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues.
  • Responds to/resolves employee questions and problems and delivers quality customer service.
  • Coordinate the completion of all necessary paperwork for new hires including background checks and verifying employer references.
  • Ensure employee certification are current
  • Conduct New Employee Orientations.
  • Audit personnel records for compliance.
  • Process Workmen’s Compensation claims and follow-up with injured Employees.
  • Manages employee benefits and payments.
  • Maintains in-services schedule and log required by State Regulations for all staff.
  • Perform other duties or special assignments as direct by the Administrator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
