To support day-to-day HR operations by ensuring accurate attendance tracking, payroll inputs, employee record management, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The role also ensures smooth onboarding/offboarding processes and maintains effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate attendance data from multiple locations/systems.
- Monitor and track overtime in line with company policy and KSA labor law.
- Validate and prepare payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, overtime).
- Coordinate with payroll team/finance to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Maintain and update employee files (Iqama, contracts, Baladiya cards, etc.).
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
- Track expiry and renewal of official documents and coordinate timely updates.
- Follow up on regulatory requirements (Iqama renewals, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
- Liaise with external vendors and PROs for documentation processing.
- Manage onboarding process (documentation, system entry, orientation coordination).
- Generate HR reports (attendance, headcount, turnover, compliance status).
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years in HR Operations or similar role (preferably in KSA).
Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with HRMS / attendance systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance tools (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem).
