Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR, Payroll & Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, payroll administration, and smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to streamline operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
HR:
Manage recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding/offboarding of employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Payroll:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Manage attendance, leave, and reimbursement records
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Handle payroll queries from employees
Operations:
Oversee office administration and facility management
Manage vendor contracts and office supplies
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Support cross-functional teams with HR & admin requirement
Candidate Profile:
3–7 years of experience in HR, payroll, and office operations
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to handle multiple priorities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with HR software and payroll tools preferred
