HR / Payroll Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, payroll processes, and compliance with employment laws within our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work with leading HRIS software, ensuring efficient administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compliance. The Specialist will contribute to maintaining accurate data entry, benefits administration, and financial transactions aligned with organizational policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing using system to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records through data entry and management within HRIS platforms.
• Conduct analysis of payroll data, financial reports, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparation of detailed reports on payroll, benefits, and financial transactions for internal review.
• Support audit processes by maintaining organized records and documentation.

Experience

• Proven 3- 5 year experience working with payroll management systems.
• 3 -5 year experience in benefits administration and human resources functions within a corporate environment.
• Prior experience working with HRIS systems is preferred.
• Ability to handle account reconciliation processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service to our clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
