About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Performance Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen organizational performance, with a primary focus on sales team productivity and performance management. This on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, requires a strategic individual capable of aligning HR practices with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to improve sales efficiency and target achievement.
  • Conduct regular appraisals, maintain performance data, and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle for both sales and non-technical roles.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws, and assist during statutory audits.
  • Manage HRMS operations, including attendance, payroll, and employee documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and support improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance sales team capability and motivation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1 year in performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS tools, and statutory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
  • Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
