Job Description:
PFC Group is seeking a motivated and organized HR & PRO Executive to join our team and support HR operations, onboarding, and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage filing and documentation for onboarding candidates.
  • Assist in the HR onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, joining formalities, and record keeping.
  • Handle PRO (Public Relations Officer) work, including liaising with government authorities, managing approvals and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth joining and HR processes.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as required.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
  • Any additional certification in HR, labor laws or PRO work is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations and PRO work.
  • Prior experience in onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and filing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
