Job Description:
PFC Group is seeking a motivated and organized HR & PRO Executive to join our team and support HR operations, onboarding, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage filing and documentation for onboarding candidates.
- Assist in the HR onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters, joining formalities, and record keeping.
- Handle PRO (Public Relations Officer) work, including liaising with government authorities, managing approvals and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth joining and HR processes.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as required.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
- Any additional certification in HR, labor laws or PRO work is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR operations and PRO work.
- Prior experience in onboarding, documentation, and statutory compliance is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and filing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
