HR / PRO officer

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records, etc.).
  • Prepare and process payroll, leave, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, employment, salary certificates, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and budgeting.

Public Relations Officer (PRO):

  • Process and renew company trade licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medicals for employees.
  • Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and submit labor contracts, quota requests, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in UAE laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in government offices and external agencies when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and PRO roles within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
