Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records (contracts, personal files, leave records, etc.).
- Prepare and process payroll, leave, and end-of-service benefits.
- Draft HR letters (offer, employment, salary certificates, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and budgeting.
Public Relations Officer (PRO):
- Process and renew company trade licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medicals for employees.
- Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and submit labor contracts, quota requests, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in UAE laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in government offices and external agencies when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and PRO roles within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and immigration procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
