Senior HR & PRO Officer

The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Senior HR & PRO Officer (Arabic National preferred) to join our team in Abu Dhabi.to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all HR functions, overseeing HR operations, as well as Public Relations Officer (PRO) duties, managing all government relations activities and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers). • Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. • Manage onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation. • Prepare employment contracts and offer letters. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. • Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, attrition, and leave balances. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws. • Support audits and compliance checks. • Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing. • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for monthly salary disbursements. • Manage employee performance appraisal systems. • Coordinate probation reviews and annual evaluations. • Identify training needs and organize internal/external training sessions. • Track employee development and skill enhancement. • Ensure communication and implementation of policies across departments. • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. Public Relations (PRO): • Handle all government-related transactions (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, etc.). • Ensure timely processing of visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor cards. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all legal and government-related documents. • Liaise with external bodies including government ministries, embassies, and legal entities. • Keep the company compliant with local labor and immigration laws.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a combined HR and PRO role within the UAE. • Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English. • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government portals (MOHRE, ICA, etc.). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
