ERM is seeking a HR Process & System Superuser to join our People Services Team that supports the EMEA business as a primary focus. As a global sustainability consulting company, ERM has clear growth direction and has been investing heavily in building future skills in the areas such as low carbon economy transition, strategic environmental, social and governance (ESG) and product stewardship amongst other service offerings. The EMEA HR team plays a key role in enabling our business, and the TBC will join us on our transformation journey to help enhance our capabilities on process, data and systems.
ERM has been a Workday powered organization since 2013, with broad employee and People Team supporting services being run through the platform.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Workday HCM (processes, reporting, dashboards, absence, performance & talent) and Workday Recruitment. You will be a Workday expert who understands how the system works with a desire to keep on learning and be an advocate of Workday within ERM. You will enjoy collaborating with remotely based HR colleagues across the whole EMEA region
Manage regional testing and champion the changes being requested for EMEA. Play the role of a central focal point to lead, manage and track testing, driving toward a positive outcome through hands on interaction with the system, other testers and the Workday development team
Own the accuracy of all data entered into HR systems by conducting regular system audits, overseeing admin‑team data checks, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly; implement configuration changes or targeted training to prevent reoccurrence
