ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
  • To provide support to Coca-Cola Hellenic Group Countries in the area of Learning and Development – organization and coordination of training events, maintenance of training curriculum database and training records.
  • To ensure compliance with Human Resources polices.
  • To build effective relations with co-workers, managers, CoEs’ members and countries’ Stakeholders of Coca-Cola Hellenic.
  • To identify and respond to internal and external customer’s needs, actively delivering customer service, which exceeds customer expectations.
  • To make productive use of technology tools and systems, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management.
  • To ensure effective customer relationships are established and maintained through providing a prompt service by fully understanding clients’ needs and requirements.
  • To constantly strive in finding ways in which the internal processes and procedures can be further improved.
  • To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information to stakeholders and customers.
  • To deliver high quality service to the Shared Service Centre customers.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support to Coca-Cola Hellenic Group Countries in the area of Learning and Development – creation and maintenance of trainings in our portal (e.g., events/classrooms, materials, assessments).
  • Ensure smooth follow-up and system administration of training service delivery.
  • Support contract administration related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote, develop, and maintain effective communication and excellent relationship with our learning management stakeholders across CCH.
  • Participate in initiatives to increase process efficiency, standardization, and redesign in line with the business needs.
  • Identify problem areas in the process and work with the team to generate solutions.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and reporting needed for daily processing of all processes in scope.


ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR administration or customer support.
  • Fluent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Experience in Excel is a must
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus.
  • Solid customer service and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, proactive & result driven.
