We are looking for a dynamic and multifaceted HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, payroll management, and general HR practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can support our HR functions and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and general HR functions (2+ years preferred) in food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
