- Organize orientation schedules for new hires, set up workspace requirements, and coordinate exit formalities and data collection.
- Maintain accurate employee profiles, records, and attendance data within the HR system while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Support talent acquisition by posting job openings on portals, conducting initial resume screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave balances, and basic benefits.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
